David E. Black entered the construction industry in 1963. Mr. Black was a state- licensed contractor, builder, developer for 25 years primarily engaged in the Design / Build segment of the Commercial and Industrial market. He has been actively engaged in all phases of building, development, design and construction for over 35 years.

Mr. Black is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of California, Western Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association, and Construction Specification Institute...

Mr. Black has also lectured and has written for contractors, subcontractors, and developers in the State of California on the following topics: "Quality Based Marketing Techniques in the Construction Finishing Industry", Market Recovery Systems for the Union Construction Market", "Transitions in Communications in the Construction Industry", Design / Build Construction", Internet Applications for the Construction Industry", and "Workforce Development in the Construction Industry".

As a guest speaker and lecturer, Mr. Black has been invited to address, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Union Organizations including: Plasterers, Painters, Finishers, Carpenters, and Construction trade Associations including Associated General Contractors, Building Industry Association, California Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association, American Subcontractors Association, and Rebuild L.A. as chairman of the Construction Task Force.

Mr. Black is presently developing new communications systems and techniques for the Construction Industry.

Mr. Black has advised, industry leaders on the use of new technologies in the Construction Industry.. He resides in Mandalay Bay with his wife, Susie, and in their leisure time they enjoy sailing and skiing. together.
