David E. Black

David E. Black  experience includes 30 years in the Commercial and Industrial Design Build construction industry. The last 8 years he spent at Raytheon SAS as Cost and Schedule Analyst and Trainer with the purpose of changing the way program planning and execution is conducted. He has been directly involved with Space, Airborne Radar, and Ground Based programs during his experience at Raytheon.

David has recently retired from Raytheon. He currently owns and operates Structnet, a company dedicated to the improvement of the Design and Development Planning and Scheduling methods and offers consulting services to both industries.

David is writing a new book which will be published as an iBook with video and 3D imaging to help stakeholders understand the Why and How of the subject of scheduling in more detail.
